1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Happiiways — The Well-being Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any related services (counselling, life coaching, NLP healing, etc.). By accessing the site and using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Happiiways provides non-medical counselling, life coaching, NLP healing, hypno-healing, and workshops. These services are intended for personal growth, emotional support, and self-improvement. They do not constitute clinical psychiatric treatment, medical diagnosis, or emergency mental health care.

3. User Representation

By using the Site and our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, and current.
• You are 18 years of age or older, or you have received parental/guardian consent to use these services (specifically regarding Child & Teen Counselling).
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Professional Boundaries & Conduct

A professional, respectful relationship is maintained at all times. The practitioner reserves the right to terminate a session or refuse service if the client exhibits abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its contents (including text, graphics, logos, and course materials provided during workshops) are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our express written permission.

6. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site or our service offerings at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
